Shipping + Handling

We strive to fulfill your orders as expediently as we are able. Under ideal circumstances, your orders may arrive within 5-7 business days, but please allow for flexibility. Here are some key factors that play a role in the time it takes for your order to find its new home with you:

Made To Order

All throws are made to order. This allows us to maintain a wide variety of designs, ensuring that you’ll have access to the right design for your space, on demand. As a result, please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and woven prior to shipping. While orders are typically shipped within 5 business days, the amount of time is dependent on the capacity of our weavers and varies with the seasons.

Items such as scarves and pillows are made in-house. These in-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days.

Domestic

Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground, which generally takes about 2-4 business days. We'll provide tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

International

We use FedEx for all our international orders. Delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days. Be aware that your country may impose importation taxes on your order and FedEx may invoice you for any amount they are charged.
