This FAB-250 Plushie is a 1/2 scale replica of the Soviet-designed general purpose air-to-surface bomb of the same name. The design features a jacquard woven visualization of a sample of the DolphinCape malware deployed by Russia against Ukraine in the ongoing war.

The malware sample was downloaded from VirusShare.com using an IOC sha256 hash published by CERT-UA and translated into a design using a custom DataVizIndex application by Phillip David Stearns. The design was woven at the finest quality available from FiberArt.com (Pure Country Weavers). Fabric was cut and sewn in Denver, CO during the No Vacancy 2023 residency at the IMAC building.
